MY UNIVERSAL CONSUMER WEBSITE COMING SOON 

On May 25, we will launch MY UNIVERSAL, our newly developed consumer website and provide policyholders the ability to manage their Universal policies online.  MY UNIVERSAL will be accessible to all Universal policyholders through our website http://www.uihna.com/.

Your agency contact information will be available on each page of the MY UNIVERSAL site. Policyholders requesting additional policies will be directed to you. Universal will not solicit customers, rather, this site supplements your ability to provide superior customer service and improve policyholder satisfaction & retention.

With a MY UNIVERSAL account, policyholders will now be able to:

  • Request Policy Changes Anytime
    Update contact information and request coverage changes.
  • Make Payments Online
    View current balances and submit payments online.
  • View Policy Documents
    Review and print insurance policy documents online.
  • View Claims Information
    View the status of an existing claim.

To create a MY UNIVERSAL account, policyholders must:

  1. Complete the online registration form at www.uihna.com/signup.
  2. Activate their account through an activation link that is emailed after online registration is complete.
  3. Link Universal policies to the online profile using data such as the policy number and policy effective date.

Policyholders will receive an invitation to enroll in MY UNIVERSAL with their next renewal or introductory welcome package.  Please encourage all policyholders to visit www.uihna.com/signup, for information and a tutorial on MY UNIVERSAL.  For technical assistance, please email websupport@uihna.com.

Finally, we are very excited about the launch of MY UNIVERSAL.  For you, the agent, it means easing the burden of daily policy management.  For the policyholder, it is the convenience of having multiple options for accessing information upon request.  And for us, it is a milestone in our progress to provide the best tools in the market and make Universal your first choice.
