MY UNIVERSAL "AGENT VIEW" NOW AVAILABLE As part of our ongoing effort to provide you with superior business tools, we recently updated My Universal, our consumer website to include an “Agent View.” Once logged into http://www.uihna.com/, you may now access your entire policy portfolio by clicking on the “My Universal” tab.
The “Agent-View” will provide you: - A searchable database of your Universal policies.
- Ability to export policy portfolio data as an Excel file.
- 24/7/365 policy view access, make a payment, change request submission, and claims view.
- Policy documents such as dec pages displayed in PDF format
- Views consistent with what consumers see online.
